Founded in 1975, Dowhigh Limited has grown and developed into a multi million pound Public Works Company serving over twenty Local Authorities in the North West.

Today Dowhigh Limited is able to meet the needs of the ever increasing standards of service required by its clients and customers. At the same time, we still maintain an open, friendly approach to our work which I believe is a vital component to the Company’s character.

Total quality and safety are also encompassed within Dowhigh Limited and to this end we have been Quality Assured to BS EN ISO 9002 since 1993 and more recently to ISO 9001:2000.

To meet the changes in the market, especially with local Authorities we have recently altered the emphasis from direct competitive tendering to
Public Private Partnership agreements operating in a ‘Best Value’ environment.
