Recent projects have included the Ropewalks Project in Liverpool operated in conjunction with Henry Boot Management and Building Design Partnership.

Term Maintenance, Emergency Call Outs and reactive maintenance contracts for Sefton BC under a partnered contractual basis have been undertaken for the past three years with successful response times and the successful defense of a number of third party claims lodged against the Council.

We have also completed flagged paving and HRA patching work for Wirral BC under the Term Maintenance Contract, having recently been awarded a three year term deal with the Contract Services Department.
